  • Our tenants give us 60 day notice so we know on that time-line what is coming available.

  • Once pre-approved we can set up a showing. Please put on top right corner of application your move date options and type of unit you are looking for; such as a studio, 1, or 2 bedroom. We do not need your social security number on the application, only when you move in.
